Cassa Depositi e Prestiti ricerca "Senior Relationship Manager Milano".
La risorsa verrà inserita nella Direzione "Business", nell'Area "Imprese e Istituzioni Finanziarie", nello specifico nel team "Relazioni Business Imprese Lombardia" e si occuperà di: (i) sviluppo e gestione di relazioni commerciali con controparti corporate basate in Lombardia, con fatturato compreso tra €50mln e €1mld, siano esse già in portafoglio che prospect; (ii) condivisione delle logiche del modello di servizio alle imprese di CDP con società clienti, partner bancari e altri stakeholder del territorio (es. associazioni di categoria, advisors); (iii) origination e coordinamento dell'execution di nuove opportunità di supporto alle imprese (operazioni di debito in particolare), coerentemente con il ruolo e le logiche di intervento di CDP; (iv) gestione delle attività di pre-screening e pre-istruttoria delle operazioni di debito; (v) attiva trasmissione delle esigenze finanziarie delle imprese alle competenti strutture specialistiche di prodotto di CDP, anche al fine di elaborare nuovi strumenti finanziari e soluzioni ad hoc; (vi) partecipazione (anche con ruolo di rappresentanza/speaker) ad alcuni eventi sul territorio organizzati da CDP o altri stakeholders; (vii) coordinamento delle attività e dei processi con altri team / funzioni interne di CDP e delle risorse junior del team.
Requisiti
La risorsa ideale possiede una laurea in Economia/Finanza o percorsi affini ed ha maturato un'esperienza pregressa di circa 10-15 anni in ruoli di ruolo di coverage o prodotto in banche commerciali / d'affari su target simile di imprese oppure advisor finanziario (con focus su tematiche di debito) in primarie realtà italiane o internazionali. Il ruolo richiede un'ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese nonché conoscenza dei principali tools di informazione finanziaria/creditizia. Completano il profilo la conoscenza della finanza d'impresa, debito corporate, capacità relazionali e di lavorare in team.
