Terna is seeking an Easements Specialist for its Turin facility.
Main Activities: Management and execution of expropriation, easement and temporary use procedures pursuant to Italian Presidential Decree 327/2001, containing the Consolidated Law on legislative and regulatory provisions on issues of expropriations for public utility; Making sure that the necessary documentation is gathered for the issuance of deeds in the easement procedure (plots, plans, estimates, etc.); Taking part in the verification of the procedures used for the calculation of easement indemnities; Ensuring that all deeds in the easement procedure are kept and stored; Collaborating with the Easements Contact Person for the management of relationships with the Technical Studios/Professionals charged with carrying out voluntary and involuntary easement activities; Cooperating with the Easements Contact Person on relationships with the affected landowners; Dealing with private parties to reach voluntary agreements and/or agreements for the compensation of damages, including any agreements for the acquisition of the areas;  Contacting the owners of the easements for the purposes of signing a deed; Taking part in take-over operations, along with other TRI officers. Necessary requirements: Technical diploma in surveying ("Constructions, environment and territory"); Degree in Agriculture; Degree in Architecture; Good knowledge of the Windows OS, Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook), CAD; Knowledge of appraisals, land registration, the land registry office, topography/cartography; Knowledge of the regulations; Willingness to travel frequently. Other Requirements: A team spirit with an excellent capacity for adaptation and resilience, willingness to listen and share information, aptitude for dealing with the public diplomatically and with the ability to negotiate, precision, flexibility and proactive approach;  Previous experience in the field of easement activities at specialised Bodies/Companies or Technical Studios and a good knowledge of the SAP platform are preferred. Internal/External Relations Internal: Colleagues on the same team and on the other teams of the Systems and Technology Execution Area, as well as of the entire Organisational Structure (such as, for example: Territorial Analysis and Environmental Studies, Legal and Corporate Affairs - Territorial Disputes, Expropriations Office). External: External planners and professionals; companies on the land registry (the natural and legal persons who own the land registry plots ; external contractors and subcontractors; public and private entities and authorities; notarial offices; land registry/registration offices.
