AxL SpA - Business Unit Alti Profili - ricerca e seleziona per  consolidata azienda multinazionale attiva nel settore della logistica e nella gestione della supply chain una figura di: SITE ENGINEER La risorsa, riportando al Business Unit Program Manager, si occuperà del:
Monitoraggio e rilevazione dei flussi operativi, relativa produttività e KPI del deposito di propria competenza; Supporto al/la Responsabile di Deposito e Responsabili Operativi nell'attività quotidiana, analizzando dati e processi, cercando di migliorare i flussi ed effettua follow-up sulla produzione; Supporto ai/le colleghi/e che si occupano di amministrazione del deposito di pertinenza per la fatturazione attiva, passiva, creazione budget e conto economico; Sviluppo dei progetti di implementazione per il miglioramento interno dei processi ed elaborazione di analisi specifiche, in base alle esigenze, coordinandosi con Business Unit Program Manager, Responsabile KPI e miglioramento continuo e dipartimento di Solution Design; Gestione dell'interfaccia con il reparto ICT per modifiche sul software; Gestione dei rapporti con il cliente nelle riunioni periodiche, per analizzare le problematiche e proporre soluzioni.
Si richiede:
Laurea in  Ingegneria Gestionale ,  Logistica  o in  Economia ; Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo all'interno di aziende del  settore logistico e trasporti ; Ottima conoscenza della  lingua inglese ; Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel e Power Point); Buona conoscenza di Autocad e di AS400; Disponibilità a lavorare anche in reperibilità a seconda delle specifiche esigenze aziendali dei siti/progetti di propria competenza; Capacità di analisi e di sintesi, buone doti comunicative e relazionali, problem solving.
