Será responsable, reportando directamente al Director del Dpto de Marketing, de la definición, planificación y ejecución de las estrategias globales de marketing, incluyendo la gestión de la identidad de marca, la innovación, el packaging, y la creación del calendario y focos de marketing. Este rol supervisa a los equipos de Brand Management, Product Management y trainees, asegurando una correcta alineación con los objetivos corporativos globales para maximizar el impacto de las campañas y el desarrollo de productos.
Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia global de marketing, asegurando la consistencia en la identidad de la marca a través de diferentes mercados y canales.Liderar iniciativas de innovación, trabajando estrechamente con resto de departamentos para identificar oportunidades y lanzar nuevos productos al mercado.Liderar la creación de nuevas campañas y creación de assets para la marca.Supervisar y dirigir proyectos de packaging, asegurando que los diseños y mensajes reflejan correctamente la identidad de la marca.Gestionar y coordinar con los Brand Managers, Product Managers y trainees para asegurar una ejecución efectiva de las estrategias y campañas.Colaborar con otros departamentos, incluyendo ventas y finanzas, para asegurar que las estrategias de marketing están alineadas con los objetivos financieros y de negocio.Monitorizar y analizar los KPIs de marketing globales, ajustando las estrategias según sea necesario para maximizar el impacto y el retorno de la inversión.Gestionar el presupuesto de marketing global y asegurar la asignación eficiente de recursos.REQUISITOS DE CUALIFICACIÓN Y FORMACIÓN: Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.Capacidad para definir y ejecutar estrategias de marketing globales.Conocimiento profundo de branding, innovación de productos, y gestión de proyectos.Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de rápido cambio.Orientación a resultados y pensamiento estratégico.Se valorará el conocimiento del uso de herramientas de SAP y Paquete Office.Si crees que puedes encajar y que las responsabilidades descritas son lo que estás buscando, esta es tu oportunidad.
