**Job Title: Project Quality Manager**
**Job Overview**:The **Quality Manager** is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of quality standards, procedures, and processes in alignment with the specific requirements of SWCC or SAUDI ARAMCO pipeline (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. They will lead and manage the Quality team to uphold quality compliance and project standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Quality Management**: Develop and implement quality management systems aligned with SWCC or Aramco standards.
- **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and lead the QA/QC team, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- **Inspections and Audits**: Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to maintain quality control.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance and issues.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure corrective actions.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to maintain quality assurance.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience in QA/QC management, specifically within SWCC or Aramco mega EPC projects.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Comprehensive understanding of industry-specific standards and practices.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to assess data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting.
- **Quality Focus**: Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in an engineering or relevant field. Additional certifications in quality management are advantageous.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
