And we're a home for numerous teams that build internally facing tools across customer service, finance, and others, to keep Deliveroo operations running smoothly.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Trust team. The Trust team's mission is to create a frictionless experience for our genuine users while being the market leaders in protecting all Marketplace Constituents and Deliveroo from abusive and fraudulent activity.
What you'll be doing
Defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap on how Deliveroo fights fraud whilst offering a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Machine Learning colleagues to build controlsto combat fraud from concept to launch.
Work closely with the Fraud operations team to understand the latest fraud trends and tactics, the accuracy of our fraud prevention controls and feed learnings back into our product development.
Work with the rest of the business to ensure the success of new propositions and initiatives ensuring that the fraud risk remains low.
Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities and decisions across a wide spectrum of stakeholders from project teams to executive levels.
Engaging with Legal, Security & Data teams to come up with best solution to a very complex set of problems
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
[Nice to have] Experience in the food delivery industry or other relevant marketplaces.
[Nice to have] Knowledge of machine learning applications in fraud detection or other relevant problem spaces.
