Description For our Transformers Business Unit, we are looking for a Supply Chain Management Data Analyst (f/m/d) to join our global Supply Quality and Development team.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Business Unit Supply Quality and Development manager.
Your responsibilities Design and execute data collection strategies from various supply chain management systems.
Clean, transform, and prepare supply chain data for analysis.
Define KPIs, develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and data models using Celonis and Power-BI for supply quality and/or SCM sustainability.
Validate processes in factories to ensure adherence to the system standards in Quality and PF teams.
Maintain the SQ-SharePoint and update content as necessary or upon request.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify bottlenecks, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Create clear visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to SCM stakeholders.
Become an expert on key internal and external data sources for SCM.
Identify opportunities to leverage new data sources/features to improve existing or develop new analytic solutions.
Leverage close working relations with different touchpoints within the organization such as IT, Masterdata, SAP, etc.
Work on ad-hoc requests to clean up or create new dashboards in PowerBI.
Your background Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the Supply Chain domain (or similar).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and root causes from complex data sets.
Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of other fundamental MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in using and administrating MS SharePoint and MS Teams.
Proven experience with data visualization tools like Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports.
Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools is a strong plus.
Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
Knowledge of DAX functional language for Power-BI and SQL for querying data from relational databases.
Experience working with SAP 4 HANA and SAP ARIBA.
Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
