Con l'obiettivo di supportare il progetto Sensify, il rivoluzionario sistema frenante che integra tecnologia digitale e intelligenza artificiale per un'esperienza di guida sicura e personalizzata, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: Supplier Quality Development Engineer Il Ruolo In qualità di Supplier Quality Development Engineer lavorerai all'interno della Global Central Function Qualità presso la sede di Stezzano e ti occuperai di: Garantire le attività di omologazione dei nuovi fornitori, l'attuazione dei piani di miglioramento di tutti i fornitori e la corretta applicazione delle attività di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti con metodologia APQP per i fornitori cui sono assegnati nuovi business, supportando le strategie di acquisto e di global sourcing; Garantire l'analisi delle performance per fornitore e per commodity, supportando le Qualità di Stabilimento nella gestione delle non conformità, definendo adeguati piani di azioni correttive ed effettuando audit di processo periodici; Analizzare i gap esistenti tra i fornitori della stessa classe merceologica e definire conseguenti piani di miglioramento e crescita coerenti con le best practices; Assicurare l'elaborazione di sintesi degli indicatori di qualità delle forniture e la pubblicazione di cruscotti a livello global per ogni fornitore.
I Requisiti Laureati/e in Ingegneria o discipline STEM, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Elettronica; Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in realtà operanti in ambito assemblaggio schede elettroniche, componentistica elettronica o circuiti stampati; Conoscenza delle principali caratteristiche e criticità di prodotto e dei relativi processi di produzione e/o assemblaggio; conoscenza degli standard IPC; Preferibile un'esperienza maturata in area Qualità e/o Processi; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Disponibilità a trasferte all'estero.
