La risorsa selezionata opererà nel team di Pianificazione e Follow up di produzione, contribuendo al monitoraggio dei fornitori e all'avanzamento della produzione secondo le tempistiche stabilite.
Nello specifico supporterà il suo team nelle seguenti attività:
Monitorare le conferme d'ordine ed i programmi di consegna da parte dei fornitori.Monitorare la pianificazione della produzione in corso (WIP) e lo stato di avanzamento della stessa, con attenzione al lead time, ad eventuali criticità o ritardi rilevati.Gestire le comunicazioni con i fornitori ed i produttori presso gli hub industriali assegnati per garantire il corretto avanzamento delle commesse ed ottimizzare l'approvvigionamento delle materie prime.Gestire allineamenti settimanali di analisi e monitoraggio della catena di approvvigionamento.Monitorare i KPI, condividere eventuali criticità ed individuare soluzioni di miglioramento.Requisiti richiesti: Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o indirizzo equivalente.Pregressa minima esperienza di pianificazione in realtà manufacturing.Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (B2).Sicura padronanza del pacchetto Office, con focus su Excel.Conoscenza di SAP.La conoscenza di PowerBI e della lingua francese rappresenteranno un plus.Completano il profilo proattività e dinamismo, capacità analitiche e relazionali, attitudine al lavoro in team e al problem solving.
Inquadramento previsto: inserimento a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato oppure inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato. Package retributivo da valutare in relazione all'esperienza pregressa.
Luogo di lavoro: MILANO oppure vicinanze di PADOVA.
