**Your Challenge**:
- The people in field sales are there to get the order in.
Our operations department is there to get the order out.
You are right there in between.
Make sure customers are happy and their needs are met.
You are the core of Advantech's business
**Your Responsibility**:
- Sales coordinators are the primary contact window for customers.
You are responsible for the coordination of all services and support to customers in Southern Europe for Industrial IoT.
You place the orders, coordinate with many operational departments to make sure the customers daily demands are fulfilled.
You proactively do all this to make sure the customers feel that all of their needs are met.
You work on critical projects where precision to detail and fast reactions are vital.
On a day to day basis you will be building and maintaining the relationship with your customers and sales team.
You are the center of the sales process for both field sales and customers, making sure the strong brand of Advantech is reflected in the support provided to our customers.
**Who Are You**:
For you, the words support and sales go hand in hand.
You are very communicative and social person and with ease you build up the relationship with your customer.
With your (minimum of) two years of commercial back office experience in an international company, you know what we're talking about.
A degree in business administration or similar study would be a plus.
Essential to this role is being fluent in Italian.
It would be a great plus if you also know Spanish or French.
