Posizione: Engineering Project Manager Senior
ATM, nel contesto di realizzazione del nuovo piano strategico, in un'ottica di miglioramento continuo del servizio e con l'obiettivo di potenziare la Direzione Ingegneria e Manutenzione Rotabili, nell'area Ingegneria di Processo, ricerca un/a Engineering Project Manager Senior.

La risorsa si occuperà prevalentemente di definizione e gestione delle commesse di acquisizione/revamping di rotabili, equipaggiamenti di bordo e impianti di manutenzione, curando in particolare le attività di:

Supporto alle fasi pre-contrattuali di definizione della commessa, con particolare riferimento agli aspetti di budget, di pianificazione temporale, di conformità al quadro normativo, di interfaccia con le infrastrutture di rete e di adeguatezza degli obiettivi RAMS di progetto;

Supporto all'analisi tecnica delle offerte in fase di gara;

Coordinamento delle design review con il fornitore e con le aree aziendali di ingegneria e di testing, garantendo la coerenza delle soluzioni sviluppate rispetto ai requisiti contrattuali e la tenuta degli obiettivi di budget e temporali di commessa;

Monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento della commessa, identificando le eventuali misure correttive e verificando le obbligazioni e milestone contrattuali;

Monitoraggio dei problemi tecnici ricorrenti in fase di garanzia al fine di valutare le responsabilità del fornitore e gestire le situazioni di contenzioso;

Coordinamento delle attività delle aree aziendali di ingegneria, di logistica e di manutenzione operativa per la gestione e la presa in carico dei beni post-garanzia;

Analisi e gestione dei feedback di manutenzione, delle problematiche tecniche e di obsolescenza degli apparati per l'intero ciclo di vita del bene, coordinando il supporto delle aree aziendali di ingegneria.

A tal fine, ricerchiamo un/a professionista che abbia maturato un'esperienza almeno quinquennale come Project Manager o Project Engineer, preferibilmente all'interno di aziende di trasporto o di ingegneria in ambito metropolitano o ferroviario, in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

Laurea in Ingegneria , preferibilmente con specializzazione in ambito Meccanico, Elettrico, Trasporti o Gestionale;

Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche gestionali di progetto e delle logiche di pianificazione e controllo delle attività;

Buona conoscenza del quadro normativo e legislativo di riferimento per le attività di progettazione e sviluppo in ambito ferroviario (gradita conoscenza del codice degli appalti pubblici);

Buone conoscenze tecniche del materiale ferroviario;

Buone conoscenze informatiche (gradita conoscenza della piattaforma SAP e dei più diffusi software di project management).

Sono inoltre richieste:

Ottime capacità di lavorare in autonomia, proattività e intraprendenza;

Orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e al problem solving;

Ottime capacità di analisi e sintesi;

Spiccata attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali e alla comunicazione;

Attitudine al team building e alla gestione di gruppi di lavoro.

Costituiscono titoli preferenziali il possesso dei requisiti di cui all'art. 1 o l'appartenenza alle categorie protette di cui all'art. 18 della legge 68/99.
