Manpower Divisione Engineering, in ottica di sviluppo di nuovi progetti pressoprestigioso cliente operante nel settore metalmeccanico, ricerca:

1. Mechanical Engineer Responsabilità principali: Progettare elementi costruttivi e complessivi di smart actuators, basati su tecnologia BLDC e specifiche applicazioni degli stessi. Gli smart actuators in oggetto lavorano in ambiti fluid & pressure, per applicazioni automotive. I progetti saranno redatti e gestiti tramite programmi CAD 3D (CATIA V5). I dispositivi sviluppati potranno avere output di tipo meccanico, aerodinamico o idraulico e dovranno rispondere alle richieste del Cliente nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali in essere (qualità, specifiche di progettazione…)

Principali attività: Progettare elementi e complessivi di smart actuators basati su tecnologia BLDC e specifiche applicazioni degli stessi, in ambiti fluid & pressure, per applicazioni automotive. I progetti verranno redatti e gestiti tramite programmi CAD 3D (CATIA V5). I dispositivi sviluppati potranno avere output di tipo meccanico, aerodinamico o idraulico e dovranno rispondere alle richieste del Cliente nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali in essere (qualità, specifiche di progettazione…). Trasmettere ai CAD Designer tutte le informazioni necessarie per dettagliare i disegni tramite uno studio accurato del complessivo. Disegnare e modellare i complessivi e particolari su programmi CAD 3D (Catia V5) seguendo i requisiti stabiliti dal Technical Requirement team. Emettere disegni e BOM, sperimentali e di serie, sulla piattaforma PLM (Team Center) in conformità alle normative aziendali ed internazionali. Gestire la documentazione tecnica in arrivo dai fornitori e da altri siti di sviluppo Hanon Systems verso la Divisione e supportare nell'archiviazione l'ente preposto. Gestire la relazione con i fornitori esterni e gli enti interni coinvolti e analizzare la fattibilità delle change requests e successiva gestione delle stesse. Riportare lo stato di avanzamento lavori al team di progetto, evidenziare eventuali criticità e recepire le nuove richieste. Redigere la documentazione tecnica in ottemperanza alla normativa ISO/TS (design release/gate) e supportare i teams di progetto per la redazione di D-FMEA e P-FMEA. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica / Meccatronica / Aerospaziale o equivalente. Conoscenza approfondita Catia V5. Conoscenze meccaniche, meccatroniche e di trasferimento termico. Conoscenza dei materiali plastici, dei metalli e delle sue leghe. Conoscenza dei processi di lavorazione dei materiali, tra cui iniezione plastica, pressofusione dell'alluminio e stampaggio lamiere. Conoscenza PLM (preferibilmente Team Center). Esperienze precedenti in un ruolo analogo di almeno 4 anni. Conoscenza dei processi di assemblaggio meccanico ed elettronico. Capacità di identificare la causa principale dei problemi su componenti. Conoscenza dei metodi/sistemi di analisi del rischio (D-FMEA e P-FMEA). Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2).
