Deerns offre servizi di consulenza per la progettazione impiantistica, energia, sostenibilità, acustica, sicurezza nei cantieri, antincendio per uffici, residenze, retail, hotel, sport & leisure, aereoporti, data centers, clean tech e ospedali.

Il ruolo: Per le nostre sedi di Milano e Roma stiamo cercando un* Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) per unirsi al nostro team. Il/la candidat* selezionat* sarà responsabile della progettazione degli impianti di condizionamento (HVAC), idrici, antincendio in diversi settori come aeroporti, ospedali, data center e life science, seguendo le indicazioni del Senior/Project Manager. Collaborerà con progettisti di diverse discipline per garantire la coerenza e la congruenza degli impianti nel contesto complessivo del progetto.

Compiti e responsabilità: Coordinare la progettazione degli impianti di condizionamento (HVAC), idrici, antincendio in vari progetti, garantendo coerenza e conformità ai requisiti tecnici e normativi. Interfacciarsi con il cliente e partecipare alle riunioni di coordinamento tecnico. Assicurare il rispetto dei tempi e dei budget assegnati, gestendo le fasi del progetto e il controllo della documentazione. Collaborare con il team tecnico per trovare soluzioni innovative e garantire la qualità tecnica degli elaborati. Supportare il Project Manager nelle attività di offerta e di gestione della commessa. Supervisionare e supportare il lavoro dei junior design engineers. Requisiti per il ruolo Laurea universitaria o esperienza equivalente. Almeno 4/5 anni di esperienza come Intermediate Engineer in contesti simili. Conoscenza approfondita degli strumenti di progettazione degli impianti meccanici e delle normative di settore. Conoscenza della metodologia BIM. Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente con il cliente e i fornitori. Motivazione a rimanere aggiornati sulle innovazioni tecnologiche e le normative del settore. Cosa offriamo Compenso di sicuro interesse. Un network di convenzioni in continuo sviluppo.
