Our expectation is to make every day a Perfect HSE Day with no injuries, accidents or harm to the environment.Partner with the bestAs a HSE Field Manager, you will be responsible for:Developing Safety Plans and risk assessmentsAssessing execution of Job Safety AnalysisManaging HSE issues and concerns that may arise during job site or workshop activitiesFollowing up HSE concerns giving feedback to people and maintain a rigorous rhythm in executionParticipating in investigating safety/environmental incidents conducting root cause analysis and contribute to implement corrective actionsSupporting program implementation identifying solutions to improve safety and environmental aspectsLeading HSE audits plans and inspectionsReviewing and implementing HSE programs and procedures ensuring compliance with all local regulations and BH requirementsEnsuring audit/inspection plan is in place and completed on a regular basis from shop and site activitiesSupervising field activities in order to guarantee the effective standard HSE defined in programs, procedure, Job safety analysisSupporting managers, supervisors and frontline employees in HSE culture shift, management system implementation, HSE Key performance indicators and resolving HSE related issuesContinuously connect and liaise with customers, regional and operations managersRepresenting Baker Hughes in customersFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a degree in HSE, engineering or other HSE-related fieldKnowledge of local HSE regulations and of most widely used international standardsBe fluent in EnglishWorking knowledge of HSE management systemsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsEffective problem identification and solution skillsProven analytical and organizational abilityBe ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilitiesWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
