Take a new challenge and join usFor more information: SEGULA Technologies WebsiteWe are looking for a Junior Logistic Engineer to join our Team in the Automotive field.The candidate will be responsible for designing the components logistics flows feeding a new assembly line.
The scope is from the reception dock (reception of material) to the final line-side (assembly).Location: MelfiMAIN TASKSRealize the studies (providing optimized layout, calculating the logistics headcount needed, defining the CAPEX needed)Handle the physical implementation afterwards (ordering the material needed in the studied zone, planning the deployment, following up the installation and realizing handover to final plant users when the job is done)Report the status and allocated KPIs at each phase of the projectWe expect the candidate to:Maintain good communication within the project team as well as with the plant's staff membersBe a driving force in the continuous improvement processQualificationsSkills requiredKnowledge of Logistics and Lean managementAdvanced Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office toolsExperience with AUTOCADAttributes requiredQuick thinkingShowing strong initiative and self-determinationResponsive, adaptable and meticulousGood team spirit communication skills (orally and in writing)1-5 years' experience in the automotive industry and/or internal flows is a strong assetAdditional InformationWhat we offer:Health insuranceMeal vouchers or canteenInformal, stimulating, dynamic and inclusive environmentAttention to Work-Life BalanceContinuous on the job training processCross sector and cross-functional career pathsDevelopment of soft skillsConsolidated partnerships with leading companies in the sector and the best universitiesAt SEGULA Technologies, diversity, fairness and inclusion are at the heart of our HR policy.
