Adecco Italia S.p.A, per azienda leader nel settore dell'efficienza energetica e della gestione dei consumi, e' alla ricerca di un/una: JUNIOR ENERGY EXPERT La risorsa si occupera di supportare clienti industriali nella gestione e ottimizzazione dei consumi energetici, implementando soluzioni innovative per la produzione e l'uso efficiente di energia elettrica e termica.
Il ruolo prevede attivita tecniche, analitiche e gestionali per garantire efficienza e sostenibilita.
Responsabilita: - Effettuare sopralluoghi tecnici presso gli stabilimenti dei clienti per l'analisi e la gestione dei consumi energetici; - Redigere audit energetici e piani di monitoraggio dei consumi; - Progettare algoritmi per il calcolo degli indici di prestazione e per l'ottimizzazione delle unita di generazione energetica; - Implementare e gestire un "Decision Support System" per l'efficienza energetica; - Eseguire simulazioni tramite software dedicati per la fattibilita di interventi nel settore energetico; - Predisporre pratiche per l'ottenimento di incentivi e "Certificati Bianchi"; - Creare e analizzare report sull'efficienza energetica per siti industriali; - Gestire l'operativita delle modulazioni delle unita di generazione in base agli ordini del TSO.
Requisiti: - Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica (titolo preferenziale), Energetica, Meccanica o Aeronautica, con abilitazione professionale; - Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore Energy; - Conoscenza avanzata di strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office, Rulex, PowerBI, Python, software di simulazione); - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1/B2); - Disponibilita a trasferte occasionali; - Orientamento al problem solving e autonomia nella gestione delle attivita.
