Responsibilities In collaborazione con la Direzione Generale di Bereva, e in accordo con la pianificazione strategica del Gruppo, la risorsa inserita avrà, come principale obiettivo lo sviluppo del mercato di riferimento (clienti OEM del mercato HVAC), supportando la rete vendita Belimo e monitorando i bisogni dei clienti e l'evoluzione del mercato.In particolar modo, la risorsa si occuperà di:- Formare i venditori alla corretta ed efficace promozione dei prodotti;- Affiancarei venditori alle visite periodiche presso i clienti principali e più strategici, supportandoli nella gestione di specifici progetti o commesse;- Svilupparerelazioni dirette con i principali stakeholder, organizzando anche momenti di aggiornamento sui prodotti;- Condurre ricerche/analisi di mercato al fine di identificare, analizzare e declinare le opportunità di business e supportare lo sviluppo strategico dei prodotti;- Predisporre la documentazione e gli strumenti di comunicazione commerciale;- Supportarela direzione nella organizzazione e conduzione delle principali fiere di settore. Your Profile Saranno valutate per l'iter le sole candidature di professionisti in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:- Laurea tecnico-scientifica, preferibilmente in ingegneria meccanica o elettronica;- Esperienzapregressa e comprovata nel marketing/trade marketing/vendite presso aziende di componentistica o macchine frigorifere del settore HVAC;- conoscenzadelle applicazioni del ciclo frigorifero e i suoi controlli(conoscenza delle automazioni e dei componenti utilizzati);- ottima conoscenza ed uso dellaLingua Inglese- la conoscenza di una seconda lingua (Tedesco) sarà considerata requisito preferenziale a parità di competenze.Completano il profilo ottime capacità ad organizzare il lavoro per obiettivi, attitudine al lavoro in team e al problem solving, flessibilità ed intraprendenza, capacità di leggere/raccogliere i needs del mercato e tradurli in soluzioni di valore.Sede di lavoro: Mestrino con possibilità di Smart working/flessibilità
