Partner with the best The Senior Engineer troubleshoots Centrifugal Compressors, Turboexpander, and auxiliary systems globally during installation and commissioning. Provides technical support, defect analysis, and on-call availability for site activities.
As a Senior Engineer , you will be responsible for:
Leading global technical non-conformances, guiding service pool for troubleshooting and supporting Field Service representatives.Collaborating internally for cross-functional technical issue resolution.Providing engineering support for effective site solutions, including temporary and permanent measures.Alerting teams to safety concerns and ensures prompt technical clarification support for site activities.Maintaining an excellent focus on timely resolution and 24/7 availability. Promotes containment actions for product design feedback.Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's or Master's in Engineering. (Mechanical or Aeronautical)Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Centrifugal Compressor and Turboexpander design/testing, technical service and engineering organization involvement.Have solid technical background with Engineering or Technical Service experience.Have familiarity with Service Now, ORACLE Primavera ERP, and EDM/Teamcenter.Have excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Be an influential team leader with project management abilities.Be analytical and organized and be able to coordinate multiple projects, identify and solve problems effectively.Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
