La nuova risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team Manufacturing e avrà il compito di promuovere lo sviluppo dei processi per la messa in produzione di nuovi prodotti e di efficientare di quelli già esistenti.Coordinando il team di manutenzione andrà a proporre un sistema di manutenzioni programmate in logica TPM.Riporterà direttamente al Plant Manager e si interfaccerà con l'Ufficio R&D, la Qualità e la Produzione.Si occuperà di:Progetto e Industrializzazione nuovi prodotti fasi e modalità di attuazione:tempistiche, costi, modalità e parametri di validazione.Analisi e proposte nuovi investimenti.Standardizzare e industrializzare nuovi prototipi o nuovi processi produttivi mediante la redazione di istruzioni di lavoro e la verifica delle distinte base dei materiali.Individuare azioni correttive in relazione ad anomalie e difetti riscontrati.Assistere la produzione per problemi tecnici.Coordinare le attività di manutenzione.Creare e mantenere i piani di manutenzione periodica.Progettazione di banchi di assemblaggio attrezzature e posaggiImputazione e aggiornamenti dei cicli di lavorazione.Interfacciarsi con i fornitori esterni coinvolti nelle varie attività di progetto.COMPETENZE RICHIESTEAnalisi tempi e metodi.Problem solving e processo decisionale: capacità di analisi e valutazione per produrre soluzioni atte a superare problemi.Conoscenza delle logiche di manutenzioneConoscenza del disegno tecnicoConoscenza della lingua Inglese.Diploma di Meccanica e/o Laurea in Ingegneria dei materiali.SummaryLocation: Gardolo, ItalyType: Full time
