EMEA South (Italy/Spain/Israel/Emerging Markets) is one of Salesforce's top growth markets and as our customer presence is scaling exponentially, we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Senior Analyst to support this growth. By leading our digital strategy you will be impacting programs across the funnel and enabling campaign and brand teams equally to use digital platforms most efficiently. We're looking for a dedicated, hardworking and highly passionate colleague to work within our EMEA Digital Strategy Team and teams closely aligned to demand generation in the regions. Successful candidates will have a passion for SEO as part of the wider digital mix and an analytical mentality, taking the sophisticated and making it simple.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading local efforts to build/implement a content marketing strategy which allows us to decrease dependance on paid media tactics for demand generation growth (including SEO content, website content management, email nurture)Build and implement the local SEO strategyWork with campaign & product marketing teams as well as performing independent research on topics to close knowledge gaps, expand upon topics, build content authority and strengthen originality of contentSupport local teams to get most our of global website strategyPlan and implement content in our email nurturing engineAnalyse & communicate digital performance across teams and visualise impactAdvise local & global campaign teams on budget investment & local requirementsShare knowledge & educate team on digital marketing best methodologiesLead projects by using powerful methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) and tooling (e.g. Asana)

Required Skills
5 years exceptional digital marketing experience with proven business impact, bonus if it is the the B2B software industryFluency in English, Italian and/or SpanishYou have a deep understanding in several paid and organic digital marketing channels and are a pro in creating and optimising content for eachYou are a project manager with a track record of project delivery, have high attention to detail to ensure flawless qualityYou are able to write copy and know best industry standards for digital content on blogs, emails & webYou love bringing new insights, testing these and measuring their successYou are meticulous & passionate about high quality content and instruct agencies to work to your level of qualityYou follow the latest trend on Google Algorithm changes, social platforms and digital trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present sophisticated ideas to peers, partners, and leadership to gain buy-in and bring change, adoption, engagementStrong ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a heavily matrixed environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities
