Per conto di Gruppo Leader in Italia, nella consulenza Real Estate e nella gestione integrata di servizi immobiliari, siamo alla ricerca di un Project & Construction Manager, specializzato nel settore Real Estate, su Roma.
Principali responsabilità:
Analisi di fattibilità tecnico-economica di sviluppi immobiliari;
Definizione del documento preliminare della progettazione;
Definizione e gestione del budget di commessa in base ai desiderata del Committente;
Gestione del processo realizzativo a 360° nel rispetto di costi, tempi e qualità attesa;
Individuazione, contrattualizzazione e coordinamento dei professionisti coinvolti nella fase di progettazione ed esecuzione delle opere (fornitori, progettisti, figure di legge, legali, etc.);
Gestione dei rapporti con i Clienti e tutti i soggetti coinvolti;
Gestione dei rapporti con le Pubbliche Amministrazioni e con gli Enti;
Supervisione del cantiere: gestione del rapporto con le imprese, verifica degli avanzamenti, assistenza alla contrattualistica e varianti;
Gestione delle attività di predisposizione e presentazione della reportistica richiesta dal Committente;
Monitoraggio dell'andamento della Commessa in riferimento agli accordi con gli Enti finanziatori.
Principali caratteristiche richieste:
Gradita esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Project Manager in realtà mediamente strutturate;
Diploma da Geometra o Laurea in Ingegneria/Architettura;
Gradito approccio allo svolgimento delle attività con spirito critico e con pianificazione;
Buone doti relazionali e predisposizione a lavorare in team e/o in autonomia;
Buona conoscenza degli iter amministrativi per ottenimento titoli edilizi;
Dimestichezza nell'analisi, nella valutazione, e nella stesura di computi metrici (ed utilizzo dei listini pubblici di riferimento), nella stesura e nella valutazione di cronoprogrammi;
Disponibilità ed autonomia nell'effettuare sopralluoghi tecnici presso i vari siti;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Buona conoscenza dei principali programmi di Aided Design (AutoCad, Allplan, Revit, etc.);
Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office (gradita anche conoscenza di MS Project);
Ottima gestione del tempo e delle priorità, precisione, accuratezza e interesse verso tematiche multidisciplinari.
