In particolare il professionista si occuperà di: Il/la professionista, rispondendo al Direttore Generale, e coordinando i reparti Produzione, Logistica e Pianificazione, Manutenzione e Impianti avrà la responsabilità di sovraintendere alla gestione dello stabilimento produttivo provvedendo ad attuare gli obiettivi stabiliti dalla Direzione Generale, perseguendo livelli ottimali di efficacia, efficienza e sicurezza.
pianificare, coordinare e dirigere le attività produttive con l'obiettivo di migliorare i processi e ottimizzare la gestione delle risorse umane, tecniche ed economiche; pianificare, coordinare e gestire il personale addetto ai reparti produttivi (circa 12 risorse); coordinare le funzioni Logistica, Pianificazione della produzione, Manutenzione e Impianti monitorare gli indicatori di processo, realizzare e analizzare la reportistica periodica relativa alle rese produttive e ai costi di produzione e agli altri indicatori di performance (tra i quali produttività e qualità) Analizzare dati e informazioni relativi alla capacità di processo, analizzare scostamenti e problematiche e definire azioni correttive Redigere e presentare alla Direzione i budget che consentono alla struttura industriale di funzionare in maniera ottimale Partecipare alle scelte strategiche aziendali relative agli investimenti per tecnologie, innovazioni e adeguamento degli impianti Promuovere il miglioramento degli aspetti legati a Sicurezza&Ambiente, in collaborazione con Direzione HSE AziendaPer avviamento nuovo stabilimento produttivo nel settore dell'energia rinnovabile unRequisitiLaurea ingegneristica o in Chimica Industriale Si richiede esperienza consolidata nel ruolo maturata in realtà strutturate e ad alta complessità produttiva preferibilmente ma non esclusivamente dal settore trasformazione materie plastiche.
