OLPIDÜRR S.p.A. has been a subsidiary of the Dürr Group since 1977.

The company develops and manufactures paint lines for the automotive industry and other industrial sectors as well as air purification systems, monitoring software, plant automation and conveyors. Olpidürr is also a technical center of the Dürr Group for the painting of aluminum rims.

Your Tasks Planning, managing, and executing the commissioning of various systems. Performing tests and inspections to ensure systems meet design specifications. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and system malfunctions. Ensuring all safety, quality, and operational procedures are followed during the commissioning phase. Providing training and support to maintenance and operational teams on new systems. Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Reviewing and understanding project specifications and drawings. Collaborating with project managers and other engineers to outline the scope and timelines of the project. Configuring and calibrating instrumentation to match specifications. Recording, analyzing, and interpreting test data. Identifying and documenting any deviations from the planned outcomes. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Your Skills Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, such as mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or equivalent experience. 3 years in a similar position in a multinational company of the industrial sector (environmental sector is a plus). Excellent knowledge of English (Italian will be a plus). Ability to work on technical drawings and specifications. Possess very good written and verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical settings. Strong customer focus and willingness to engage for collaborative success of all projects. Goal-oriented, well organized with strong analytical/reasoning abilities and ability to think outside the box in finding solutions. H&S and Environmental management system standards and policies. Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 60-70% of the time. Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Projects (knowledge of SAP will be a plus).
