The acquisition of Pasticceria Marchesi 1824 has marked the Group's entry into the food sector, applying the same high quality criteria. Very proactive also in the art field, the Prada Group strengthens its presence through contemporary art projects in constant evolution.

JOB PURPOSE We are looking for someone that will support both the sales and the stock management. The candidate will act as a "brand ambassador", conveying the Brand's philosophy and values. He/She will be responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering customer relationships and developing Brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store.
The candidate will also manage stock in terms of KPIs, Corporate guidelines, and procedures, facilitating the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and minimizing stock losses. He/She will ensure the implementation of guidelines received from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.Engage in cross selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.Demonstrate Brand and product knowledge.Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.Maintain high standards on the shop floor and visual display, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.Contribute to a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts.Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during the handling process.Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following Corporate procedures.Organize, manage, and perform product counting and stock-takes.Track product flow through the SAP system.Manage product flow during Repairs.Oversee stockroom activities related to Markdown.Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following corporate guidelines and deadlines.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS High affinity for luxury products.High sense of responsibility.Able to work in a team as well as independently.Organized and detail-oriented.Mature and assertive.Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
