POSITION
The Primary responsibility of a Territory Manager is to work with Trek and Electra retailers in Italy ( North
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
As Territory Manager you are accountable for building brand, bringing consumer value and creating a growing business with a long-term view in your Territory.
In this position you will use your strategic way of working, your expertise, and your inspiring nature to engage our customers.
Absolute reliability and a strong commitment to our company and our customers are important for you.
Despite working independently in the sales area, you are a team player who harmonizes well together with colleagues.
You report to our Italian Sales Manager.
MAIN TASKS- Constantly develop our dealer's business by leading them into the future- Optimize the business through volume and value with a long-term view- Grow the business mindset with our dealers by coaching them through our "Win the Season" business mentality- Analysis of market potential in the territory and development of concepts to actively increase market share- Secure that our presence in Retail meets the expectations of the consumer
YOUR PROFILE
We aim to employ a person with a great business mindset that loves to crunch numbers and through analysis make the correct decision.
You have a strong track record but most important is that you have a will and passion to make a difference.
You are a self-motivated high performer that loves to hit targets no matter what kind.
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.).
You have an eye for retail, and you have a good understanding of how all marketing related activities combines with sales.
You speak Italian of course, but also writes & speaks English fluently, since English is the global language of Trek.
A strong interest for bikes is key to understand the business.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
+5 Years cycling/ sport outdoor industry
Good command of Office suite
Able to analyze and understand numbers also through using sales support tools
