WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will join the BCG Milan Financial Reporting & Accounting Team reporting to the Financial Reporting & Payroll Manager.
As a member of the Milan Financial Reporting & Accounting Team, he/she will support BCG entities on multiple operations of the tax practice area and the accounting area.YOU'RE GOOD ATPlease mind that the role will be focused on the activities listed below, but not limited to them.The resource will provide timely and reliable financial and administrative support to the Milan office of Italian BCG entities in the following areas:
Deal with Tax aspects involving the Italian entities ( vat; intrastate, LIPE, ).
Liase with the Tax corporate function when it needs.Knowledge and expertise on E-Invoice task and rulesReview tax benefits and tax reimbursementsSupport the entities in relation to tax audits, tax assessments and related matters and facilitate the relationship with Italian and non-Italian tax authoritiesDeliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframeParticipate in the review of tax returns and related complianceActively participate in the management of the budgeting andreporting processes for Italian companiesSupport with the identification, development and implementation of tax opportunities in the direct or indirect tax areaWork with Tax Corporate function in the of Transfer Pricing country fileProvides for the registrations of general accounting (journal entries), invoices, and all other activities related to the accounting areaYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)6-7 years of working experience, preferably in multinational environments or in professional fiscal firmsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferredBusiness-fluent written and spoken EnglishProficient in Tax software/database, Excel; adequate knowledge of MS Office, with a key preference on skills in Powerpoint)Oracle, SAP and HFM experience a plusAn individual able to analyse legal and tax topics with a precise an accurate approachA professional with strong analytical, ownership and accountability skillsOracle, SAP and HFM experience a plusYOU'LL WORK WITHMembers of our finance team are responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG.
