Saipem is "One Company" organized into five business lines - Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics Industrialized Solutions.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Hull Manager/ Technical Hull Coordinator with experience on EPC projects, you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities:Bring its experience and expertise during proposal phases to set-up technical and commercial effective proposal;Lead and coordinate the Hull Engineering activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise in/out information flow;Be the focal point for management of the classification society during project execution;Maintain and develop technical skills, expertise, knowledge, procedures and tools as required for proposals and project execution;Ensure the capitalization of Project experience in order to improve and harmonize work methodologies;Multi-disciplines Naval engineering including hull general arrangement, hydrostatic, stability, hull's structural piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, telecom, safety, living quarters, etc;Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV) for vessel's engineering design;Technical and project management.QUALIFICATION: Naval EngineerKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: FluentLABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contractYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 8 years +IT SKILLS: Office SuiteSOFT SKILLS: Motivation, Proactiveness, CommunicationNICE TO HAVE: International mobilityLOCATION: Milan SAIPEM office.
