Importante gruppo industriale del settore automotive con sede a Vignola (MO), per ampliamento organico, ricerca La risorsa, rispondendo al direttore tecnico, verrà inserito nell'ufficio tecnico e dovrà collaborare sia con il proprio team che con quello di ricerca e sviluppo. Svolgerà le seguenti attività: • Guida le attività di progettazione nelle diverse fasi di sviluppo, dall'innovazione all'ideazione, fino allo sviluppo in serie; • Progettazione di componenti e gruppi, compresa la distinta base per le richieste di preventivo e lo sviluppo di serie; • Conduzione di revisioni della progettazione con i clienti; • Crea opportunità tecniche con i clienti supportando la gestione dei progetti; • Rafforza le relazioni con i clienti. Requisiti: • Laurea in ingegneria o cultura equivalente; • Conoscenza della varia componentistica del settore automotive; • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Project); • Conoscenza dei software PTC CAD Creo e PLM Windchill; in alternativa si valuta positivamente la conoscenza di altri software di modellazione CAD e PLM; • Inglese avanzato; • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nel settore automotive, maturata preferibilmente in aziende dal respiro internazionale. Completano il profilo: • Ottime capacità comunicative per collaborazione interdipartimentale; • Approccio al lavoro orientato ai risultati; • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e multitasking; • Motivazione a lavorare in un'azienda in rapida evoluzione. Richiesta disponibilità a trasferte presso gli altri stabilimenti, in Italia e all'estero. Si offre retribuzione e livello di inquadramento in linea con le reali capacità della risorsa. Sede di lavoro: Vignola (BO).
