We are looking for a Logistic specialist to join an experienced and enthusiastic team, dedicated to find the most efficient solution for the distribution of our cables.You will report to the Logistics Manager of the Transmission Division preparing the package of the bids that the Division is participating, which involves the logistics costs and documentation for the proposed solution, as well as to coordinate the execution of the projects in the portfolio.You will be the person of reference in the team for all bids, submarine or land, and will interface with Sales and Bid Management teams, System Engineering, Purchasing, Planning and Installation teams, as well as with our stakeholders, in order to ensure preparation of the offers in due time.What about your role?We are looking for a professional with short experience in Supply Chain, dedicated, passionate about making goods move with efficiency and perfection.You will work on:The submission of Logistics package during the bidding phase, coordinating services from different contractorsPreparing the Logistics costs related to the proposed solution at offer stagePreparing the Logistics Concepts and other documentation required by the tenderSupporting the preparation of risk assessmentAligning with engineering, installation and commercial team on specific project delivery requirementsPlanning and coordinating the transport of cable and ancillaries ensuring on time delivery to site or intermediate storage areasSupporting on the preparation of request of quotations for the subcontracting of logistic services required by the projects in executionDeveloping the most efficient and sustainable solution for the packaging, storage and transport of cablesCollecting the best practices of previous projects and consider in the preparation of the bids, as well as its application to the projects in executionSupporting with continuous improvement on the Logistics flows, packaging design and internal processesImplementing the necessary Quality and HSE requirements to the Logistics activitiesWho are you?- Education background: Bachelor/Master in Operations - Supply Chain, Industrial Eng., Economics-Good experience years in Supply Chain / Projects Logistics- Fluent Italian and English- Experience in multi-cultural environment working with remotely spread teams- Willingness to travel to site- Proactivity and strong interest in the industry in which it operates- Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and Microsoft project- Good knowledge of SAP, Excel and Microsoft projectYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
