The team Technical Support, Operation and Pilots, within the Customer Success Unit of Gridspertise, is looking for a Project Manager Technical Support.

What you will do:As a Project Manager Technical Support you will be responsible for all activities related to:
Lead and manage multiple projects across the Technical Support and Operations unit, from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are executed on schedule;To be the first interface to handle all the internal needs;Develop and implement structured processes for managing daily technical support operations;Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams.Who you are:Master's degree in Engineering preferably: Electric, Electronic or Telecommunication, with:
3 years of experience as project manager within technical areas;Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;Knowledge of project management tools;Knowledge of MS Office tool;Good knowledge of English.It would be considered a plus:In-depth knowledge of energy distribution systems, smart metering solutions, or digital grid technologies is highly desirable;Any other foreign language, especially Spanish.The scope and the perimeter of the unit requires the availability to travel.
