Chi cerchiamo:
Siamo alla ricerca di una persona che ricopra la posizione di Corporate Affairs Specialist. All'interno dell'unità Affari Societari, la persona selezionata sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
• Attività di segreteria societaria, in particolar modo relativa ai Consigli di Amministrazione e alla tenuta di libri sociali a seguito della partecipazione ai CDA e Collegi sindacali, oltre che ad operazioni societarie di varia natura;
• Rapporti con studi legali esterni, per verificare scadenze ed adempimenti.
 
Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza, con curriculum accademico brillante;Almeno 4/5 anni di esperienza lavorativa in primario studio legale italiano o internazionale e/o nell'ufficio legale di una Corporate, occupandosi principalmente di diritto societario, di segreteria societaria e di M&A.Esperienza pregressa con società quotate. Competenze Tecniche e Soft Skills:
• Il conseguimento del Titolo di Avvocato rappresenta un plus;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Attitudine al team-working e buone competenze relazionali;
• Flessibilità, senso di responsabilità e dell'urgenza;
• Capacità di sintesi efficace;
• Attitudini organizzative anche in termini di gestione delle priorità;
• Accuratezza ed attenzione ad aspetti sostanziali e formali;
• Capacità relazionale con Alta Direzione nell'ambito dello svolgimento delle Funzioni di Segretario del Consiglio di Amministrazione;
• Flessibilità alle esigenze del business;
• Curiosità e attitudine alla digitalizzazione.
