Al fine di sviluppare ed ampliare la nostra struttura, stiamo ricercando un:
SENIOR SEARCH AND SELECTION CONSULTANT – INSURANCE
Inserito nella best practice Banking & Insurance si occuperà di: gestire progetti di selezione nel rispetto dei tempi e degli standard; gestire e sviluppare le relazioni commerciali dei propri contatti diretti e verso clienti prospect; gestire in autonomia l'intero processo di selezione: acquisizione e condivisione job profile, colloqui di selezione, presentazione dei candidati; attività di Business Development con l'obiettivo di cogliere nuove opportunità di sviluppo nel settore di riferimento. Desideriamo incontrare professionisti che abbiano già maturato un'esperienza nell'ambito HR in società di Head Hunting o Selezione di Middle & Executive Search, o ex Manager aperti a cogliere un'esperienza consulenziale nel mondo delle risorse umane.
Si richiedono ottime doti di sviluppo commerciale, conoscenza del settore assicurativo, sia in termini di esigenze che di network, capacità di gestire in autonomia progetti e clienti, comprensione dei bisogni, negoziazione e gestione della trattativa commerciale.
La figura verrà inserita con un contratto di consulenza a Partita IVA, ed un compenso definito in funzione del lavorato/fatturato generato secondo un interessante sistema di incentivazione.
