**About the Role**
In this role, as Operational Excellence Specialist, you partner closely with process owners along the value chain, with the aim to actively identify improvement areas and then deliver on them by structuring, planning and leading cross-functional projects from start to completion.
This all will result in lifting operational efficiency, process effectiveness, technology uptake, business growth and compliance, and ultimately contribute to our strategic business targets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the delivery of projects from conceptualization to implementation
- Collaborating with our internal clients to understand their business needs and challenges
- Analyzing and assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational units, processes and services
- Defining and implementing target state operating models and processes front-to-back
- Helping the business in implementing solutions to achieve agreed benefits

**About You**
You enjoy problem solving, are structured and detail oriented.
You have a high tolerance of ambiguity and can systematically build up your own knowledge and expertise in a topic, capture facts and translate them into a clear and easy-to-understand story line.
Your outstanding interpersonal skills allow you to engage with executives, while your welcoming and convincing personality helps you resolve issues and encourage others to move towards a common goal.
Essentials:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in projects focusing on process optimization, operational excellence, digitization, target operating model design
- Commercial Insurance background and International Programs knowledge
- Ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge, passionate about exploring new ways and continually seeking improvement opportunities
- Strong presentation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office - especially in PowerPoint and Excel
- Comfortable working across different regions, cultures and time zones
Nice to haves:
- Management Consulting experience
- Agile, Lean and/or Six Sigma certification
