The purpose of the job is to support the QA Manager in all aspects of the Company Quality Management System.
The QA Assistant ensures SOPs/ WIs and archive management.
**Principal Accountabilities**
To support the QA Manager in the management of Company/Customers/Suppliers SOPs/ WIs, including management of SOPs/WIs periodic review
To support the QA Manager maintaining QA SOPs
To support the QA Manager in managing and controlling the employees training process on SOPs
To support the QA Manager planning and performing internal audits and preparing detailed reporting on the audit results.
To support the Manager in the preparation and management of client audits
To support the QA Manager managing client complaints documentation from the receive to the closure
To support the QA Manager overseeing the deviation management documentation from the registration through the analysis, action definition and closure
To manage the CAPA management documentation
To identify opportunities for process improvement
To escalate emerging issues at the QA Manager
**Professional Background and Experience**
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences / Biomedical matters or Master's in Quality Systems
At least 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance
**Technical Competencies**
English, Good
Knowledge of GxP regulations
Knowledge of the Quality Management System
Knowledge on the Document Management Processes
