HEAD OF DIGITAL SALES
Position Snapshot
- Strong Digital Marketing and Sales skills, including media investments, ecommerce and CR management (min 5 years experience)
- Coming from service industry and/or Tech - online based companies
- Sales acumen, analytic mindset, results oriented
- Fluent English & Italian
Position Summary
Within the MEDIA & DIGITAL department we are looking for the HEAD of DIGITAL SALES.
Responsible to be the engine of digital sales of the Company, always bringing innovation, lateral thinking and new ways of doing things online, with a clear data driven approach and a long term strategic view.
In particular:
Responsible of Digital Marketing strategy and execution for all the SKY brands (Sky Wifi, Sky TV, Sky Glass) in alignment with full brand strategy offline online.
Ability to handle digital performance planning including Programmatic, SEM, Affiliation, Data driven campaigns, innovation projects (Chabot, aggregators, etc.. )
Responsible of digital sales achievements, forecasting, analysis and troubleshooting.
Able to intercept phenomena, analyze insights and address solutions.
Responsible of ecommerce strategy, digital sales journeys and CR optimization.
Define short term actions to pump up digital results (A/B testing, digital assets creativity, etc ) and frame long-term strategy to always improve the digital sales journey (mobile sales, newest MOP, one-click solutions, etc.
)
A day in the life of Head of Digital Sales
- Work in strict collaboration with other Media & Digital functions above all the Offline media team, Digital Brand team and Sky.it and Platform team to maximize execution and address all digital levers
- Be the point of reference for all Trading team and MD Trading for what is concerning channel sales performances.
- Key relationship with media agency, digital agencies, and Global UK Digital team
- Collaborate with Digital Operations and IT team to develop the sales channel and involve the Data Strategy team to structure data driven solution both on media adv and sales journey.
- 7-9 people full time management
