People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to develop best practices.What you will do: Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknessesUnderstand customer groups, including why customers buy the product or serviceIdentify critical customer needs and preferencesProvides customer feedback to marketing leadershipAid in the construction of the marketing planUnderstand basic budget management principlesUnderstand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioningUnderstands applicable products/product lines and is able to answer basic field technical questions.Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the yearSupport the on-label use and promotion of all productsUnderstand and supports setting price and maintaining product or portfolio marginAware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools and formatsUse appropriate scorecards to track resultsTrack existing KPIs and reports back to the organization What you need Minimum Qualifications (Required): Bachelor's degree1-2 years of work experience in sales or marketing, ideally in the Medical Devices industryFluent level of Italian and English. Good level of Spanish will be a plusDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired): 2+ years medical device or marketing experienceMBA preferred
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityMust be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policiesBased Location: Rome
Type of contract: Full-Time. Temporary, 12-months contract
Role: Hybrid
Presence in the office: min 8 days per month
Territory: Italy
Travel: 20%
