**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA**:
Il/la Sales Administration Specialist si occuperà di:
- Garantire che le fatture, le note di accredito, i bonus clienti, gli omaggi ed i resi siano trattati correttamente e tempestivamente, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle normative fiscali vigenti.
- Verificare lo stato dei pagamenti dei clienti, evidenziando i casi anomali ed intraprendendo le azioni necessarie per la risoluzione, collaborando con le funzioni centrali di Credit Management.
- Tenere sotto controllo lo stato dei pagamenti dei fornitori, evidenziando i casi anomali ed intraprendendo le azioni necessarie per la risoluzione, collaborando con le funzioni centrali di Procurement.
**PROFILO RICERCATO**:
- Laurea in Economia e Commercio o Ingegneria Gestionale.
- Si richiede un'esperienza di 2 anni in ruoli simili.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Eccellenti capacità di utilizzo della suite MS Office, preferibile la conoscenza di SAP.
- Disponibilità a trasferte periodiche nelle diverse sedi italiane del gruppo.
