Your Challenge

AsCommissioning and Service Engineer,some of your main activities will be:
Learning to program fire detection, access control CCTV and intrusion systems
Learning to program supervision systems which control the field equipment
Interacting with the Project Manager to collect the information for the development of the software
Delivering support services by using remote connections to customer systems by web tool, phone, other communication media or site visit
Performing assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by HQ)
Providing operational assistance and application support
Diagnosing, clarifying and resolving technical problem
Clarifies events, analyses trace and diagnosing information, providing information about its findings to solve the issue and provides guidance for the next steps.

Required entry qualifications:

You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
You have obtained a technical diploma in Electronic, Computer Science, Mechatronics or Automation
Knowledge regarding some IT topics related to networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Remote Connection as a plus
Proficiency in English and Italian
Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
Ability to work in a changing environment
Passion to never-stop growing
Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
Eligibility to work in Italy
