Rispondendo all'Health&Safety Manager, la persona scelta si occuperà della gestione di tutti processi che riguardano la tutela della salute dei lavoratori e della sicurezza sul lavoro. Sarà dedicata allo sviluppo, monitoraggio e attuazione delle politiche e procedure, nel rispetto delle norme e dei regolamenti vigenti.
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA' Garantire il rispetto degli adempimenti in materia di salute e sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro per i Negozi, logistiche distaccate, depositi e per la sede direzionale. Verificare con continuità l'operato degli Rspp e Medici del lavoro, supportando i direttori di Negozio negli adempimenti dei loro obblighi come datori di lavoro. Monitorare e verificare l'operato dei coordinatori della sicurezza in fase di cantiere garantendo la gestione della stretta collaborazione tra la parte edile/impiantistica e la parte commerciale/allestimento. Ispezionare e monitorare gli spazi di lavoro e le attrezzature per identificare potenziali rischi per la salute e la sicurezza. Monitorare gli infortuni e near miss, collaborando attivamente alla costruzione di azioni correttive e preventive. Ricercare, selezionare e misurare l'efficacia e l'efficienza dei fornitori per la consulenza e il supporto tecnico in materia di sicurezza, formazione e medicina del lavoro nel rispetto delle Policy interne. Assicurare un costante supporto in ambito sicurezza (requisiti tecnico professionali imprese, info per Duvri e Psc, etc.) ai referenti di processo. Partecipare alle riunioni tecnico-commerciali, alle sinergie di reparto e internazionali e formare su temi specifici in materia di salute e sicurezza, in collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali. Supportare i direttori di Negozio nelle visite dell'audit e assicurative e nelle richieste di Enti ispettivi quali Asl, Dtl, Arpa, etc. Collaborare alla gestione e al mantenimento del sistema di gestione aziendale (Certificazione ISO 45001). Aggiornamento continuo sui cambiamenti nella legislazione in materia di salute e sicurezza, best practice, nuovi trend di mercato e strumenti per ottimizzare e sviluppare il servizio.
REQUISITI Laurea e specializzazioni in ambito HS o titoli equipollenti. Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo, RSPP o CSE per aziende di equiparabile complessità. Conoscenza approfondita delle normative sulla sicurezza sul lavoro D.Lgs 81/2008, Moduli A-B-C qualificanti RSPP. Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione sicurezza sul lavoro (ISO 45001). Conoscenza dei principali tools di Office o GSuite. Preferibile la conoscenza di Autocad. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. Precisione e accuratezza. Orientamento al lavoro di squadra e alle necessità dei clienti interni (funzioni e rete negozi). Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
