**JOB PURPOSE**
Prada Group is looking for an internal producer, in charge of overseeing brand campaigns and video/ photo productions from conception to final delivery.
The producer will collaborate in the creation of the content of brand campaigns, E-Commerce and digital productions, overseeing all aspects of the production process both fully in-house and collaborating with external partners.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with producers, filmmakers, photographers, artists, editors, on day-to-day operations of the production department
- Manage all phases of a project from budgeting to delivery
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Plan, budget, schedule and execute production activities
- Assign resources (in-house or external partners) to produce the content, guaranteeing the best quality with the budget available
- Coordinate internal and external teams engaged in project execution
- Supervise and motivate the team
- Contract and negotiate all the production
- Build a rich network of photographers, model agencies, stylists, artists, illustrators, costumers
- Organize business trips and activities for offsite productions
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
3- 5 years of relevant experience in Fashion Companies or Production Agencies for Fashion
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent command of Microsoft office, Adobe and photographic tools
Apple knowledge is a plus
Experience in content creation and production
Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast, ever changing environment
Ability to manage many projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Knowledge of video/photo production equipment
