Sales Manager - International & PartnersSwisslog Healthcare is looking for a Sales Manager to develop Pharmacy and Transport automation sales opportunities by managing and supporting international partners and distributors. He/She is accountable for developing and maintaining an effective and collaborative network to focus on new business opportunities in international markets.
He/She is in charge of enhancing the Sales Cycle with the support of the company sales and portfolio strategy.
Your CollaborationIdentify and develop efficient relations with Partners and Distributors to deliver Swisslog Healthcare solutions and win market opportunities.Support relations with Distributing Partners, ensuring all sales activities are performed and customer expectations are met.Track and follow up on Partners and Distributors' objectives on sales performance.Perform driven by Order Intake targets and Order Intake Margin through accurate short, mid, and long-term Sales Forecast.Provide quotation, validation, and account management for major requests and/or major customers (PRR process owner).Conduct market analysis and maintain key contacts to enable continuous growth and consolidate a strong presence in the market.Your CompetenceBachelor's in Business Administration or relevant technical degree.Proven experience in Sales roles.Excellent knowledge of Consultative selling approach.Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills.Proven experience in managing Partners and Distributors.Advanced spoken and written English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.Familiarity with Business Strategies, contractual terms and conditions, and Project Management skills.Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.com.Previous experience in LATAM countries is considered a plus.
