Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Staff Accountant for a client in Florence, SC.This individual will fill a key role within the accounting group working closely with the Corporate Controller.
The position will support various aspects of finance and accounting for the company.
The position requires solid accounting experience combined with strong analytical skills.Benefits:Great Monday - Friday ScheduleMedical, Vision, Dental and other benefits401k with company matchVacation timeDuties Responsibilities:Balance Sheet ReconciliationsFixed Asset MaintenanceMaintain daily cash activity worksheetAssist with the accounts receivable and payable process as needed.Reconcile Inventory and WIP GL accounts to subsidiary ledgersReview monthly shipments and close jobs accordinglyManage company credit cardsAssist in the month end and year end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP.Assist in annual corporate audit.Support the ongoing improvement and development of the ERP system so that data integrity and reporting capability is continuously being enhanced.Work as a team to standardize practices and procedures, eliminating repetitive and non-value add work.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting1-to-5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with Intercompany transactions is a plusAbility to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively.Demonstrated skills and experience in managing goals through collaboration and teamworkStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting SoftwareAbility to create advanced Excel spreadsheetsPowerBI, Crystal, and/or other report generation tools experience a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
