ITINERA ricerca un/una Communication Specialist.
La risorsa, dedicata ai progetti di comunicazione di Itinera, nello svolgimento delle sue attività si coordinerà con la Direzione Comunicazione della Capo Gruppo ASTM.
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA' Individuare opportunità di comunicazione in sede e cantieri (inaugurazioni, raggiungimento milestone, avanzamento progetti). Rappresentare il Focal Point di eventuali positività/criticità che possono emergere nella gestione delle singole commesse, con potenziale impatto reputazionale su Itinera e sul Gruppo ASTM. Interagire con le committenze dei grandi progetti, al fine di supportare la comunicazione sul territorio. Creare contenuti (news, post e note stampa) nel rispetto della Visual Identity e della strategia multicanale della comunicazione di Gruppo. Elaborare presentazioni istituzionali sulla base dei template aziendali. Gestire e aggiornare i siti internet, la intranet e gli account social istituzionali della Società. Supportare il Team della Direzione Comunicazione ASTM nella gestione di iniziative di comunicazione on line e off-line. Contribuire alla realizzazione di campagne di Employee Engagement, in collaborazione con gli stakeholder interni. Supportare l'organizzazione di eventi, interni ed esterni, e fiere. Condurre analisi della concorrenza, anche al fine di identificare opportunità di comunicazione e visibilità in accordo agli obiettivi di brand awarness e reputation di Gruppo. REQUISITI Laurea in scienze della comunicazione, marketing, discipline umanistiche o economiche. Esperienza di 5/7 anni in uffici comunicazione/marketing di aziende strutturate e preferibilmente che operino per commessa. Ottima capacità di scrittura. Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Power Point, Word ed Excel. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. Forte predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali e capacità di relazionarsi a diversi livelli. Gestione di progetti in simultanea, in un contesto vivace e in continua trasformazione. Capacità di problem solving. Energia e flessibilità, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e nel rispetto delle scadenze. Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale e internazionale.
