JUNIOR PLANT MANAGER Job Description Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che sia in grado di gestire il plant produttivo di Minerbio (BO), che fa parte di un importante Gruppo societario con headquarter a Milano. La figura professionale si occuperà del monitoraggio delle attività gestionali svolte nell'area produttiva dello stabilimento, collaborando alla concretizzazione di attività e progetti di volta in volta definiti. La risorsa riceverà apposita formazione e affiancamento in materia di commerciale, pianificazione produzione, qualità e sicurezza. Le attività da svolgere saranno le seguenti:
Presidiare e organizzare le operazioni quotidiane degli impianti di produzione aziendali, assicurandone il funzionamento ottimale ed efficiente; Gestione degli ordini, confrontandosi costantemente con le colleghe del custome service degli uffici di Milano; Supporto alla pianificazione degli ordini sulle diverse linee di verniciatura; Pianificazione delle linee in relazione ai volumi in ingresso; Gestione del personale (12 operai) in relazione alla pianificazione dei turni, ferie, permessi, etc; Gestione della sicurezza dei lavoratori e degli impianti; Contatto diretto e costante con le figure apicali del Gruppo operanti negli Uffici e nel Plant produttivo in Lombardia. Skills And Experience La risorsa ricercata ha preferibilmente maturato un'esperienza pregressa, anche breve, in ambito commerciale o pianificazione produzione e deve essere in grado di organizzare il lavoro in qualità di unico referente sulla sede, confrontandosi sempre con gli uffici della sede principale. L'azienda mette a disposizione un percorso di formazione e affiancamento sulle tematiche su cui il candidato/a non ha avuto l'occasione di lavorare(qualità, sicurezza, etc).
Tipologia di assunzione : contratto a tempo determinato o indeterminato
Retribuzione : CCNL Metalmeccanico | RAL 30-33 K con mensa interna
Orario di lavoro : Full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 8.30 alle ore 17.30, con un'ora di pausa
