Job Description

We are looking for new talents motivated to enrich their professional curriculum through an internship as Junior HR in the Human Capital Team of Generali Real Estate SpA.

As a Junior HR, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, providing valuable support to our HR team. You will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and contribute to decision-making processes.

During the Internship you will have the opportunity to support the team in the following activities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviewsSupport in strategic processes such as Performance Management, Salary review, and Budget analysisProvide support in handling employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issuesPrepare presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholdersAssist in the implementation and maintenance of Orion, the Generali Group Performance Management platformSupport in ESG HR KPIs collecting and GRESB data providingSupport the HR team on various special projects and initiatives as assignedProvide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and responding to inquiries Requirements

Degree in Labor Consultant, Law or HR related fieldsA previous experience in HR role is considered a plusStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated interest in Human Resources practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsFluency in Italian and English What could make the difference?
