The position will report to theGlobal CoE & Product Development Pesto Senior Manager and it will be based in our Headquarters in Parma and will manage projects both in Pesti and in Sauces categories.Job PurposeS/he is part of working team and directly manages innovation and renovation projects, from product design definition to pilot plant prototyping and to industrial production start-up.Key AccountabilitiesPilot Plant PrototypingOrganize, supervise & document lab trialsOrganize, supervise and document pilot plant trialsLead tasting session to evaluate product performanceSelect manufacturing solutionsSelect appropriate ingredients and assess risks together with Q&FS/GSQM TeamPrepare product specificationsDefine final product shelf lifeRequire and contribute to sensory and panel test studiesEvaluate interaction between product and packagingSupport long term innovation roadmapKeep constain awareness on competitors at global levelContribute to grow knowledge and expertiseRequirementsDegree in Food Technology or Food Science or Chemical Engineering or related fields; At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in product development and/or innovation; Fluency in Italian and in English; Strategic thinking;Ability to create cross-functional relationship; Ability to negotiate and handle conflicts; Resilience and project management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
