Bei uns wird dir garantiert nicht langweilig, denn du: Bist verantwortlich für alle allgemeinen technischen Kleinstreparaturen, baulichen Ausbesserungen und notwendigen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen Kontrollierst regelmäßig die technischen Anlagen des Hotels Koordinierst alle externen Facility Management Dienstleistungsfirmen Führst Malerarbeiten und Silikonierungen im gesamten Hotel durch Arbeitest eng mit der Zentrale in München zusammen und stimmst dich mit dem Housekeeping Team ab Überwachst alle regelmäßigen Wartungen und Sachverständigenprüfungen der technischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen in Abstimmung mit dem Maintenance Manager:in Bist verantwortlich für den Einkauf von Ersatzmaterial im Aufgabenbereich Übernimmst die Pflege der Außenanlagen Wir haben schon auf dich gewartet, denn du: Hast eine Berufsausbildung im Bereich HKLS und/oder Elektro Bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit Konntest bereits Erfahrungen im Führen/Koordinieren von externen Dienstleistern sammeln Hast gute allgemeine handwerkliche Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten (bspw.
