Situato in un quartiere vivace e circondato da bar locali, ristoranti e negozi, a pochi passi dal centro città, The Social Hub Belfiore gestirà circa 549 camere, un viale con attività commerciali, una comunità di coworking, ristoranti, e un rooftop di 7.000 mq con piscina e aree verdi.
Siamo molto di più di un hotel.

Stiamo cercando di inserire qualcuno entro dicembre 2024.Come nostro F&B (Community) Host, opererai in tutte le nostre aree front of house, assicurandoti che ogni ospite abbia la migliore esperienza possibile.
Che tu stia fornendo un servizio eccezionale nel nostro ristorante e nei nostri bar, o semplicemente chiacchierando con i nostri ospiti per rendere il loro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile, sarai al centro della vita operativa di TSH rivolta agli ospiti.
Conosci tutto sui nostri prodotti e su come venderli ai nostri ospiti.
Sarà grazie a te che chiunque varchi la soglia della nostra sede di Firenze Belfiore si trasformerà subito in un grande fan di TSHCosa farai:Ti assicurerai che tutti ricevano un caloroso benvenuto non appena varcano la porta.Avrai modo di affinare le tue competenze in ambito F&B preparando e servendo una varietà di piatti locali.Barista?
Un giorno preparerai deliziosi caffè e il giorno dopo mescolerai il nostro cocktail firmato.Sarai un concierge segreto per la città, rispondendo a tutte le domande degli ospiti sui migliori posti da visitare, mangiare, fare shopping o divertirsi.Una casa ordinata è una casa felice.
Ti assicurerai che tutto sia pulito e ordinato in tutte le aree, pronto per il turno successivo.Aiuterai i nostri ospiti con qualsiasi richiesta o esigenza riguardante le nostre strutture.Chi sei:Hai un approccio flessibile, pratico, motivato e positivo.Hai una formazione nel settore dell'ospitalità, preferibilmente in un ambiente alberghiero.Ami la responsabilità e gestisci i periodi di punta con stress come un professionista.Buon livello di inglese – Conosci altre lingue?
