PLANNED MAINTENANCE SYSTEM OPERATOR
Con l'obiettivo di tenere costantemente aggiornato il sistema informatizzato che gestisce sia la manutenzione programmata della Flotta, sia l'approvvigionamento dei ricambi, nel rispetto delle normative in vigore e delle esigenze aziendali interfacciandosi con i Fleet Manager, Technical Superintendent, i Safety Superintendent, il Dipartimento Procurement ed i Comandi Nave.
PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA':
Analizzare le richieste di miglioramento ricevute dalle navi e dagli uffici di terra (ticket) e, interfacciandosi con le figure preposte, esegue le modifiche ed integrazioni ritenute necessarie;Pianificare, organizzare ed effettuare corsi di formazione relativi all'utilizzo del sistema di manutenzione al personale di terra e di bordo secondo necessità;Effettuare le implementazioni dell'anagrafica tecnica delle navi di nuova gestione e/o dell'integrazione dell'anagrafica tecnica della navi della flotta;Facilitare il processo di gestione di WO/REQ secondo necessità;Effettuare l'aggiornamento dell'archivio tecnico elettronico;Redigere report e KPI relativi al corretto utilizzo del sistema di manutenzione ed analizzare i trend in modo da facilitare il processo decisionale delle figure preposte al fine di individuare le migliori strategie manutentive.REQUISITI RICHIESTI: Diploma di Scuola Secondaria di Secondo Grado o Titolo professionale Capitano di Macchina/Coperta;Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;Costituiscono requisiti preferenziali l'aver maturato esperienza nel settore di gestione delle manutenzioni tecniche e l'ottima conoscenza dei programmi di manutenzione.
