Il Gruppo produce e commercializza le principali D.O.P. e I.G.P. dei salumi (Prosciutto di Parma, Prosciutto San Daniele, Salame Cacciatore, Speck Alto Adige, Mortadella Bologna e altri) e dei formaggi duri regionali (Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Asiago, Piave e altri), presente in Italia e all'estero con i principali brand quali Casa Modena, Parmareggio, Agriform, Senfter, Alcisa, con 18 stabilimenti produttivi e 4 filiali commerciali estere in Germania, Austria, Francia e Nord America.
**Supply Project Specialist**:
**Obiettivo della funzione**:
Elaborare e manutenere il piano della domanda per tutti i prodotti, canali e società del gruppo, input e riferimento per il processo di pianificazione della produzione, collaborando trasversalmente con le funzioni coinvolte nel processo di definizione del fabbisogno (Commerciale, Trade Marketing, Marketing).
**Tra le principali attività, si evidenziano**:Elaborazione Forecast mensile e settimanale**:
- Definizione e monitoraggio della baseline, analisi e integrazione con i volumi promozionali e composizione del volume totale di vendita per il periodo di riferimento, per tutti i prodotti, canali e società del gruppo.
- Raccolta e integrazione informazioni Commerciali, Trade Mktg, Mktg (listing/delisting, switch, Advertising, lanci prodotti, ecc.).
- Rilascio del piano della domanda sui sistemi di programmazione con orizzonte mensile e settimanale (seguendo il calendario definito dall'Industriale).
Elaborazione KPI processo previsionale.
Esposizione di report ed analisi alla direzione logística, commerciale, di produzione
**Tra le competenze necessarie si segnalano**:
Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale o affini
Doti analitiche, organizzative e proattività
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
Disponibili anche ad inserire con un percorso di tirocinio per tesi/o curricolare per strutturare progetti di tesi magistrale, affiancati da colleghi senior in un ambiente stimolante e innovativo.
